Billing Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Encino, California. The chosen candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks centered around accounting software systems, financial services, and billing functions within the industry. This role will require you to handle and manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and perform various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize accounting software systems to process customer billing accurately and efficiently.

- Offer support to financial services by managing accounts receivable and other accounting functions.

- Conduct computerized billing tasks to ensure customer accounts are up to date.

- Maintain precise and reliable customer credit records and take appropriate actions when needed.

- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to their billings and accounts.

- Monitor customer accounts to identify any irregularities or discrepancies.

- Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.

- Actively contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our About Time system.

- Regularly update and maintain the EHR System with current and accurate information.

- Execute various billing functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Requirements - Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

- Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

- Must be knowledgeable about Computerized Billing.

- Familiarity with 'About Time' software is a must.

- Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential.

- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

- Must be comfortable Answering Inbound Calls.

- Proficiency in Billing Functions is required.
