**Job Description**
The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for helping the Head Chef in prepping foods by washing, cutting, or assorting ingredients. Additional responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, and cleaning the kitchen area. The Kitchen Assistant will also ensure expiration dates are within guidelines and keep all kitchen items organized.
