Junior Remote Product Owner / Scrum Master

Job Description

One of our healthcare clients is looking for a Junior Product Owner/Scrum Master to join their team remotely. This company works closely with healthcare clients to provide data coordination services ensuring their clients have secure data access and communications. The company is going through a data transformation from .net to Python. This person will be responsible for running the scrum ceremonies and detailing out the capability and velocity of the project. This Product Owner/Scrum Master would be managing both the product and the sprint backlog. They would also be writing user stories and epics as well as holding refinement sessions. The candidate would be responsible for holding meetings with various stakeholders and be an integrated part of the team as they would have general management over them. The ideal candidate would come from healthcare background and have experience with EDI or HL7. This Scrum Master/Product Owner should have high attention to detail and be able to leverage their experience effectively.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5 years as Product Owner / Scrum Master

-Experience utilizing Jira or equivalent project management tool

-Experience with EDI or HL7 -Experience with Python

-Have a strong engineering background

-Estimating sizing efforts

-Experience with security tools (Mend or SonarQube) null
