Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Human Resources administration, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll systems and processes
  • Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Professional and approachable demeanor
