**Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor**
**Job Description**
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible managing production floor of 20-50+ electrical assemblers. You will present safety protocols, quality standards, basic electrical theory, and manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will participate in production duties when not engaged with training or leadership responsibilities.
**Overview:**
+ Job title: Manufacturing Supervisor
+ Location: Jacksonville, FL (northside)
+ Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (hourly position, with possible overtime until 4:30pm)
+ Pay: $21-$28/hr (based on experience)
+ Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
+ Lead a team of 20-50+ electrical assemblers (based on experience)
+ Coach, train, and manage team performance (in both Spanish and English is preferred, but not required)
+ "Working" duties when not engaged in leadership or training
**Qualifications:**
+ Bilingual is preferred (English and Spanish) but not required
+ 2+ years of manufacturing/production leadership experience
+ Experience leading and managing large teams within a manufacturing environment
+ Ability to read schematics and blueprints
+ Ability to utilize Microsoft applications and MRP systems
+ High School Diploma Required
