Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be a problem solver, and a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: Production Operator**

**Location:** Bradenton, FL

**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour

**What's the Job?**

+ Operate production lines

+ Ensure safe and efficient operation of the production line and conduct the first quality control check while packaging the product

+ Follow standardized work processes and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment

+ Inspect products to ensure quality and customer specifications throughout the shift

+ Notify Lead if individual notices any issue with equipment on the production line

**What's Needed?**

+ 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Ability to read policies & procedure manuals

+ Ability to safety operate/use hand and power tools

+ Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, thickness gage, dial indicator, etc.)
