* In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Ideally, you'll also have:

* 3.0 GPA

* Must be at least a rising Junior

* Working knowledge of MicroStation

* A previous internship related to bridge design

* Self-driven time management and organizational skills

* A curious and inquisitive approach to developing your engineering skill set.

* Completion of, or intent to enroll in, steel and concrete design courses.

* Participation in Civil Engineering Professional/Student Societies.
