Maintenance Technician

**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This is an industrial maintenance position where candidates will be working primarily on CNC mills and lathes. Candidates will be doing 80% reactive maintenance and 20% preventive maintenance (PMs). The equipment is CNC, and some of the components candidates can expect to work on include conveyors, pneumatics, 3-phase 480V motors, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with pumps is necessary as the plant has various pumps. Knowledge of Fanuc or other PLCs (such as Siemens) is a significant advantage. The facility is fully automated, with repetitive repair tasks on CNCs and other equipment. Experience in PLC troubleshooting is highly beneficial.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Rochester, Indiana.

**Work Environment**

The environment is fast-paced as it is an automotive made-to-order supplier with three production shifts running. The facility is very clean and smaller, with around 50 employees at the Rochester plant. One opening is available on the 2nd shift, with an expectation of working 60+ hours per week, frequently including 7 days a week.
