Aerotek is seeking qualified Industrial Maintenance Technicians to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to automated production machinery and equipment. The role involves inspecting, repairing, or replacing mechanical components, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs/rebuilds, welding, basic cutting and fabrication, reading from blueprints and electrical diagrams, and general building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), troubleshooting, and repair to automated production machinery and equipment
- Inspect, repair, or replace mechanical components including belts, bearings, rollers, chains, sprockets, shafts, and gearboxes
- Perform hydraulic and pneumatic repairs/rebuilds
- Weld (MIG) and basic cutting and fabrication using torch/plasma cutter, saws, and grinders
- Read from blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot basic knowledge and understanding of PLCs (inputs/outputs)
- Order parts and receive work orders through CMMS
- Perform electrical knowledge up to 480V 3 Phase with 24V Circuitry
- General building maintenance as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to automated production machinery and equipment
- Knowledge in inspecting, repairing, or replacing mechanical components including belts, bearings, rollers, chains, sprockets, shafts, and gearboxes
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repairs/rebuilds
- Ability to weld (MIG) and perform basic cutting and fabrication
- Ability to read from blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Basic knowledge and understanding of PLCs (inputs/outputs troubleshooting)
- Ability to order parts and receive work orders through CMMS
- Electrical knowledge up to 480V 3 Phase with 24V Circuitry
- General building maintenance skills

-Read from blueprints and electrical diagrams
-Basic knowledge and understanding of PLCs (inputs/outputs troubleshooting)
-Order parts and receive work orders through CMMS
-Electrical knowledge up to 480V 3 Phase with 24V Circuitry as well (able to use a meter to determine if a motor is bad)
-General building maintenance as needed
-2nd shift 3pm-11pm and 3rd shift 11pm-7am open, must be available for OT and weekends
-Direct Hire
