  • Experience in receptionist duties including handling mail, answering phones, and maintaining an organized workspace
  • Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a non-profit organization
