40 hour, Mon-Friday with two days until 7:00pm and Fridays 8am-2pm, ASN/ WE + Occ/ Hol

Statement of Purpose:

This role is part of a three-person Coordinator team that supports a large multidisciplinary practice focusing on Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine (PT, OT, Speech Therapy). Responsibilities including telephone call management, reception, co-pay collection, appointment scheduling, insurance clearance, medical record management and Meditech functions. Assists Rehabilitation staff with set-up/clean-up, transfers and patient treatments under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist, as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of computer and phone systems. Requires up to 1 year of customer service and ability to multitask, will train on job specifics. Prior knowledge of insurances is preferred.

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
