Maintenance Mechanic

**Aerotek is currently hiring for maintenance mechanics in the greater Baltimore, MD area! Qualified candidates will be able to perform the following duties:**

**Job Description:**

+ Preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of low and high-speed production equipment and have the working knowledge of belt & screw conveyors, bucket elevators and other material handling equipment

+ Run basic machine shop equipment that includes Manual Lathe's and Manual End Mills, perform metal fabrication, weld and burn and have the ability to trouble shoot basic Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems

+ Perform mechanical repairs on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatic systems

+ Perform fabrication and welding repairs

+ Perform any other maintenance and repairs as needed

**Job Requirements:**

+ Experience performing maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing setting

+ Experience maintaining and repairing production equipment

+ Experience performing troubleshooting of PLCs

+ Any welding or fabrication experience is a plus
