Loan Processor

Description

We are looking for Loan Processors for a growing real estate investment firm. This position is 100% remote, but candidates must live in Eastern or Central time zones.

Responsibilities:

+ Process loans from initial setup to closing in an organized and timely manner

+ Coordinate settlements with borrowers, legal professionals, and title companies

+ Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of document checklists

+ Analyze title, legal, and settlement documents

+ Build relationships with borrowers and deliver exceptional customer service

+ Maintain communication with all transaction stakeholders

+ Manage an individual pipeline of loans

Requirements

+ 3+ years of experience in title and/or mortgage processing

+ Strong ability to review title documents

+ Experience with Encompass software is a plus

+ Proficiency in Outlook and Adobe products

+ Solid Microsoft Office skills
