Sr. Purchasing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Purchasing Manager responsible for purchasing e-pumps for electrical vehicles. You will manage a team of four, including 2 MRO buyers and 2 Supplier Development Engineers (SDEs). There is potential for a Sr. Buyer to join your team in the future. You will report to the Purchasing Director in China with a dotted line to the VP in Michigan. This role requires someone who can elevate the company to the next level while wearing many hats in a growing organization. This position is very hands-on, requiring you to perform the purchasing tasks and know where to source materials. Strong negotiating skills are essential.

The company is a Tier 1 global supplier of engine and transmission components. This role requires someone with experience purchasing PCB semi-conductors and experience working globally.
