As a Pilot Plant Technician at Randstad US, you will be part of the R&D function's Pilot Plant team, responsible for supporting ground-breaking R&D work across various platforms including Snacks, Morning Foods, Meals and Baking, Pet, and Cereal. Qualifications

Required

  • High School Degree Required
  • 3-5 years of directly relatable experience and / or 2-Year Degree Preferred
  • Steel Toe Boots/Shoes required
  • Ability to lift, manipulate, transport up to 55 lbs.
  • Basic computer/technology skills (Office Suite, other computer programs)
  • Strong communication skills with peers and with customers
  • Basic understanding of food safety and human safety
  • Ability to work in hot/warm/cool conditions within the plant
  • Ability to consistently & repeatedly lift, manipulate & transport ingredients or equipment, up to 55 lbs.

Preferred

  • Previous work experience in a similar field
  • Foodservice experience
  • Passionate around the creation of food, CPG industry, and consumer trends (both food and packaging)
  • Effectively manage multiple competing priorities
