  • Verifies the integrity and completion of all New Hire documents to meet or exceed the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit.
  • Verifies and corrects (if necessary) in Workday the associates personal information upon receipt of paperwork.
  • Special administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1-2 years of administrative or Human Resources experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred, comparable work experience acceptable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail Oriented and organization ability.
  • Self-starter, flexible and analytical.
  • PC skills (MS Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Workday HR system a plus.

**About the Role:**

**This assignment is expected to be for 2-4 months.**

The associate in this position is responsible for a large quantity of administrative duties including, but not limited to, timely entering of new hire information in the automated HR System (Workday), processing the corresponding new-hire paperwork, working closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly pay for new hires and auditing of government forms including W-4 and I-9 forms. Training will be provided. The HR General Support Temp is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and is a great teammate within the department. The specific responsibilities include:

**What You'll Do:**
