Responsibilities

  • Training, developing and motivating supervisory staff to effectively oversee all day-to-day operations of the site security personnel.
  • Overseeing the employee on-boarding process including new hire interviewing, selection of candidates, training and licensure and new hire paperwork.
  • Training subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, Company policies and enforcing consistency in policy practice.
  • Coordinating operational functions including payroll and billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling and personnel issues.
  • Carrying out site assist visits and audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance program.
  • Coordinating with Area Operations Manager and Regional Manager to establish goals and objectives and communicate these with staff.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Drivers License
  • NJ SORA License
  • 5 years of Security Industry Knowledge
  • 3 years of Leadership experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Vendor Management experience
  • Regulatory Compliance experience

Sunstates Security has an immediate opening for a talented and motivatedOperations Managerto help lead our Mid-Atlantic region for Swedesboro, NJ, and the surrounding area. This is a salaried, full-time position for primarily 1st shift, but the candidate must be available for all days and shifts as may be needed.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership to employees and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

This position offers a full compensation package of over $60,000 - which includes...

The Operations Manager will assist in the administration of the region by:
