  • Maintains and stocks adequate inventories of departmental supplies, equipment, apparatus, etc., maintains inventory control system and orders supplies/equipment, as required.
  • May perform preventive maintenance activities and/or minor repairs on respiratory therapy equipment.
  • May examine emergency units throughout facility to assure proper functioning of manual resuscitators, and related equipment.
  • Transports compressed gas cylinders to laboratories and patient areas, as required.
  • Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of equipment including but not limited to IPPB devices, aerosol and humidity producing devices, monitoring spirometers, oxygen analyzers, etc.
  • Must be able to transport heavy cylinders of gas.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

Job Description

The salary range for this position is $25.06-$27.52/hour
