  • Overall responsibility for execution of contracts - estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications

Required

  • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years operations, service or field or project management experience
  • Previous project supervisory experience

Preferred

  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare

**Requirements:**

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years operations, service or field or project management

+ Previous project supervisory

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

+ Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
