  • Provide 25 service delivery hours per week.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's, LSW + at least 3 years' experience
  • Master's Degree in human services + LPC, MFT

The Therapist at Mentor Behavioral Health provides therapeutic interventions to youth, families and adults. Services are provided in homes, communities, office and virtually - whichever best meets the needs of individuals served.
