The Lead Warehouse Worker at Fireside Home Solutions is responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, training new hires, implementing new processes with manager approval, working with purchasing and customer service representatives on materials and inventory, receiving, recording, and processing incoming inventory, sorting and placing materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards, preparing and processing orders, picking and filling orders from inventory, packing and shipping orders, loading/unloading trucks and checking in merchandise, and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

  • Work with Purchasing and Customer Services Representatives on materials and inventory
  • Receive, record, and process incoming inventory
  • Sort and place material or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
  • Prepare and process orders
  • Pick and fill orders from inventory
  • Pack and ship orders
  • Load/unload trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Collecting stock location orders
  • Printing request
  • Prepare parcels for mailing
  • Maintain an safe, organized and clean work environment
  • Other duties maybe assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more
  • Regular attendance is required
  • Basic computer skills using iPads, Laptops, and MS Office Suite

Preferred

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Forklift experience/Certification

Full Job Description

POSITION TYPE: Full-time; Hourly

LOCATION: Portland/Tualatin, OR

WAGE SCALE: $22.00-$25.00

BENEFITS: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
