Responsibilities
- Supporting indirect buying activities
- Management of POs and RFQs
- Spending 70/80% of time on getting in front of suppliers and handling negotiations
- 5-10% of time on Business Unit Management
- Supplier performance management
- Working alongside the buying team
- Getting internal stakeholder alignment, reviewing contracts, understanding data, and negotiations
Qualifications
Required
- At least 5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement within EDA electronic Design Automation or Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT)
- Proficient in SAP, Excel
- Proficient experience in PO & RFQ Management, Vendor Negotiations, Supplier Performance Management
- Industry alignment: Semiconductor or manufacturing
- Power BI experience

Full Job Description
Day to Day buying activities:
- Mostly supporting indirect
- Management of POs and RFQs
- 70/80% of time will be spent getting in front of suppliers and handling negotiations. An important piece is aligning with internal stakeholders and understanding what they truly need
- 5-10% of time will be spent doing Business Unit Management
- Supplier performance management will be apart of day to day. They will receive a handful of suppliers over the first 6 months, but Hiring Manager is still building structure here
- They will be working alongside the buying team
- Main Tasks Recap: Getting internal stakeholder alignment, reviewing contracts, understanding data, and negotiations
