Responsibilities

+ Routine Inspections and Testing: Regularly inspect and test electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly. This can include checking circuit breakers, wiring, and other electrical equipment.

+ Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions. This involves diagnosing problems, repairing or replacing faulty components, and ensuring that systems are restored to full operational status.

+ Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent potential issues. This can involve cleaning components, tightening connections, and updating equipment to avoid future breakdowns.

+ Coordination and Communication: Work with other maintenance staff, engineers, or contractors to ensure that electrical systems are integrated with other building systems and that maintenance activities do not interfere with other operations.

The essential functions of this role include:

+ working in a non-temperature controlled environment
