Qualifications
Required
- Proficiency in using NetSuite for various accounting tasks
- Extensive experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
- Familiarity with the process of Purchase Orders
- Ability to accurately Code Invoices
- Experience with Coding Invoices in a manufacturing context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and regulatory standards
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
