Maintenance Team Leader

**Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader- Weekly Pay $28-$35/hr**

**Job Description**

A Maintenance Team Lead role is to effectively and efficiently communicate, facilitate, coordinate, and prioritize all maintenance activities within their area or shift. This position requires working closely with other supply groups particularly Quality, Operations, and EHS to ensure consistent product quality, productivity, and safety. The Maintenance Team Lead will make assignments in their area or shift of responsibility. They are responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement activities that address safety, quality, and efficiency while driving a prevention culture in the plant. The role involves detailed planning of scheduled jobs and maintaining equipment to allow for maximum output of safe quality tons. The Maintenance Team Lead must have in-depth knowledge of the entire maintenance area and be recognized as an expert in multiple technologies. This role requires strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills to support site objectives.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Temple, Texas.

**Work Environment**

Auto manufacturing or food manufacturing plant, strong team culture, highly collaborative, people-centered culture, small maintenance team. The current opening is for a 12-hour night shift (7pm-7:30am), working 4 days a week and every other weekend. The individual needs to be open to being on call.
