  • Understand the capabilities and application of ICF's IT systems and support a team of senior technologists to deliver solutions for clients
  • Train users on IT systems and assist in troubleshooting issues
  • Potential for monthly occasional office travel to New Jersey

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT
  • 1+ years of experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Office products, including Excel, Visio, Teams and PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Experience/Exposure in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors
  • Consulting experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment
  • Strong customer service focus, project planning, and organizational skills
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint and/or Smartsheet
  • Proven ability to gather comprehensive requirements and facilitate their integration into a product meeting the user's needs
  • Experience with testing software, tracking issues and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met and a high-quality product produced

The IT Business Analyst will support tasks within the software development cycle and be responsible for system data together with the business intelligence it provides. **What you will be doing:**

**What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):**

+ Bachelor's degree in (Candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)

+ 1+ years of experience in IT

+ 1+ years of experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation

+ Knowledge and experience in MS Office products, including Excel, Visio, Teams and PowerPoint

**What we would like you to have:**

+ Experience/Exposure in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors is a plus

**Pay Range** - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$54,063.00 - $91,907.00
