- Utilize Dynamics NAV for various accounting tasks
- Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Handle cash activities and cash collections as per organizational policies
- Execute additional accounting tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, must have AR experience with a government contractor
- Proficiency in performing accounting functions and accounts receivable (AR)
- Proven experience in billing functions and cash activity
- Expertise in cash collections and collections processes
- Familiarity with Dynamics NAV software
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to continue learning and improving accounting skills
