+ Consciously remain well-groomed with the correct hotel uniform and ID badge all the time during work shift

+ Ability to give tourists local information about tourist spots and theaters

+ Must always be courteous customer-oriented with a cheerful disposition

+ Excellent manners and courtesy

+ Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English
