Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for the group's restaurants, hotels, and events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deployment of marketing initiatives, including digital and print materials.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing campaigns.
  • Manage the group’s social media platforms, ensuring high engagement and consistent brand messaging.
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, website updates, and online promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize SEO/SEM strategies and improve website performance.
  • Coordinate the development of content, including photography, videos, and written materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand standards and enhances the overall guest experience.
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Support the marketing of in-house events and promotions, working closely with event planners to ensure successful attendance.
  • Coordinate with media partners and influencers to promote key events and activities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Track and analyze guest feedback and digital metrics to inform future marketing efforts.
  • Prepare reports on campaign success, social media engagement, and guest interactions.
  • Collaborate with the operations, sales, and guest services teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Work with creative and digital teams to ensure the timely production of marketing materials.
  • Provide support to the Director of Marketing and other senior team members in executing broader strategies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with luxury or high-end brands is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for hospitality.
