  • Track and maintain vendor certificates of insurance and other required documents.
  • Ensure proper processing and alignment between billing, ERP, and Project Management Software for construction related accounting.
  • Interact with Orion Accounting to resolve any discrepancies in reporting related to construction management department activities.
  • Other financial support duties as required.

Qualifications

Required

  • Familiarity with widely used contractual agreements and associated invoicing requirements and processes, including common AIA agreements.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Aptitude for communication both verbal and written.
  • Significant Experience with widely used project management platform(s) (Procore strongly preferred). Experience in preparing comprehensive financial reports spanning multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Construction/Development Industry Project Management Support Experience OR 10+ years of Construction/Development Industry Project Management Support Experience.

THE COMPANY


Orion Office REIT Inc. specializes in the acquisition, ownership, and management of a diversified portfolio of mission-critical and corporate headquarters buildings in suburban markets across the U.S. The portfolio is made up mostly of office, flex, government and medical buildings and is leased primarily on a single-tenant net lease basis to creditworthy tenants. Orion is publicly traded and internally managed, operating from offices in New York, NY and Phoenix, AZ. This role is in our Corporate Phoenix office offering a hybrid work schedule in office Tuesday – Thursday and remote Monday & Friday.


Location: Phoenix, Arizona.


THE ROLE

Project Coordinator needed to support Vice President of Construction Operations on construction related work pertaining to a national portfolio of office properties. Ideal candidate should have a detail-oriented mindset and ability to problem-solve. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines. Candidate must also have the ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments and all levels of management and staff.
