  • Assist with shipping and receiving of customer orders (including processing Bill of Lading and attending customer pick-up window)
  • Assist with inventory and tag preparation
  • Monitor and track status of sales orders
  • Organize/maintain correspondence, files, and records
  • Provide updates regarding order status (hot orders and back orders)
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Required

  • 2-year degree preferred
  • 2+ years previous administrative or clerical experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and phone skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related computer applications
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with operations of general office equipment to include printers, copiers, faxes, scanners, etc.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
  • Cooperatively works and interacts with members of various departments

Sales Order Processor

Reports to: Distribution Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Must be able to work 3PM - 11:30PM (+$1/hr Shift Differential)
