This position is designed for new or recent graduates (engineering, business, or other technical degree) to expose them to the industrial sales & engineering process as well as introduce them to the manufacturer’s representative environment. ASE’s will develop: a deep understanding of products and customer needs through quote development (inside sales), a consultative style approach to determining the correct customer solution, best outside sales practices through shadowing a senior salesperson (customer visits, sales calls, project work), and working with outside sales and business development to win new business.
