Responsibilities

  • Attend seminars twice a month from 6:00 – 7:30 pm to greet attendees, ensure smooth operations, and assist with scheduling post-event office appointments.
  • Address participants' queries before, during, and after events via email, text, and phone.
  • Engage professionally with inquiries and comments on our social media platforms.
  • Gather feedback, resolve lingering questions, and guarantee a positive experience for all attendees post-event.
  • Assist attendees in scheduling post-event office appointments.
  • Assist in running campaigns targeting our existing client database and seminar attendees who haven't yet scheduled an office appointment.
  • Maintain accurate records of participants, attendance data, and event-related documentation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About Us: At Vista Finance Group, we empower individuals to plan for their retirement through our informative in-person seminars. To support this mission, we are seeking a dedicated Client Support and Seminar Event Coordinator to ensure our events run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Seminar Scheduling: Identify and schedule new venues for seminar events.
  • Attendance Management: Manage the attendance roster for each seminar event. Ensure participants receive event details and confirm their attendance.
