  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management leading a team of buyers and planners in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience with Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred

  • Professional certification such as APICS CPIM or CSCP
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies

This role will require the individual to develop and implement supply chain strategies, manage inventory, and ensure the timely delivery of goods.

What we are seeking:
