Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of operational experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and training in manufacturing processes, supervision, and operations management.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with 6S implementation or management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Supervisory Responsibility:

You will manage all employees within your department(s) and be responsible for their performance and development.


Work Environment:

This role is in an industrial setting where you may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The noise level can be loud, and temperatures may be elevated.


Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to walk, stand for 8-12 hours, and use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, or rotating.
  • Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
