  • Follow protocols and diagnostics to troubleshoot issues

  • Create parts order, dispatch service technicians, and collect billing info
  • Administer warranty and service programs
  • Deliver effortless customer experiences
  • Acquire and demonstrate competence by leveraging system and KMS
  • Provide complete and accurate responses to inbound telephone calls
  • Enter and scan State Tax Exemption certificates
  • Process event registrations and product orders, including kit shipments
  • Place outbound calls as necessary to satisfy customer service requests

Manufacturing company is looking to hire a full-time Technical CSR role here in Madison, WI (53704). This role will be contract-to-hire and is looking to interview/start immediately!


Pay: $22-27/hr (Based on experience)

Address: Madison, WI, 53704

Schedule: M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Hybrid: No, 100% in-person but after training may be flexible
