Hill Physicians Medical Group is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager for our Business Development team. This role involves defining, planning, implementing, and delivering key, cross-functional business initiatives focused on strategic partnerships and internal operational effectiveness. The Program Manager will work closely with internal teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Business Development and other stakeholders to clarify program goals and objectives, scope, expected outcomes, and resource needs and translate to detailed program and project plans.
  • Demonstrate strong program management skills and leadership attributes (strategic thinking, ability to drive business change, sharing of organizational goals, leading multidisciplinary groups).
  • Assess risks that might jeopardize successful achievement of a program's desired results, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure successful delivery and implementation of the desired results for a defined program and initiatives.
  • Proactively lead and collaborate to create solutions and identify linkages across related projects and functions
  • Act as a leader to align teams and business partners in transformational efforts to ensure project performance goals are met in an efficient manner.
  • Develop business cases for select initiatives
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to research and analyze information that supports strategic partnerships and business transformation strategies and actions.
  • Develop and present key deliverables for Business Development initiatives to internal and external audiences, tailoring messaging to the audience.
  • Develop and maintain program-level communications including work products, tracking logs, and reporting tools to communicate status and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain documentation (i.e., project plans, workflows, business cases, meeting notes/action items, etc.)
  • Support and provide guidance and consulting to cross-functional staff

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in healthcare-related or equivalent experience
  • 7 - 10 years of industry experience; experience leading complex initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience leading programs/projects across multiple business units and collaborating across diverse teams
  • Proven experience managing external, strategic partnerships (e.g., hospital partners, vendors, health plans, etc.)
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and project/program management skills
  • Self-starter, yet highly collaborative in working with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and external partners
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Agile and adaptable, with proven ability working in ambiguous and quickly evolving situations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Hill Physicians / PriMed is seeking to hire a highly motivated Program Manager for our Business Development team. The Business Development group is critical to our organization's success, driving growth through development and implementation of strategic initiatives and transformation efforts and delivering optimal outcomes aligned with our overall business strategy.

Under the leadership of the Director of Business Development, the Program Manager plays an important role in successful definition, planning, implementation, and delivery of key, cross-functional business initiatives focused on strategic partnerships and internal operational effectiveness. The Program Manager will partner with internal teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders (health plans, hospital partners, vendors) in managing highly visible initiatives. This role requires the candidate to be highly organized, while wearing many hats.
