  • Serve as the primary contact for helping academic departments and programs develop and implement their marketing objectives; manage requests submitted via a marketing request form;
  • Assist departments and programs with crafting targeted messaging;
  • Guide departments and programs to resources for best practices in program promotion;
  • Create and maintain resources (templates, guidelines) for best marketing practices to support academic departments and programs; and
  • Develop general guidelines for spending marketing funds.

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing
  • A team player who can collaborate with others
  • Experience using a web CMS (training available)

Preferred

  • Experience using Canva
  • MS Office experience
