  • Promptly and properly invoice completed sales
  • Coordinate and facilitate all incoming and outgoing freight for sales and rental departments
  • Create, organize, and monitor all rental and demo contracts
  • Create, organize, and monitor all purchase orders for sales and rental departments
  • Appropriately upload and file all warranty installation reports
  • Obtain all necessary client information and provide it to the accounting department for setting up new vendors and/or customers

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree related fields or 3+ years sales coordinator experience
  • Ability to travel to other retail locations within a 25-mile radius and maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of Spanish is a plus

Preferred

  • Rental and sales experience in the material handling, industrial equipment or automotive industry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to use and understand Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables

JOB DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:

As a sales coordinator, you manage internal sales processes/operations and facilitate communication between the dealership and suppliers. In a sales coordinator position, it is also your job to manage the internal processes required after a sale has been completed, to help ensure we maintain a high level of customer service. Sales coordinators need to be friendly and highly organized. You'll spend a lot of time on administrative tasks such as managing schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your primary function is to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities. You should be skilled in creating schedules and tracking data. A central part of your job is to support the sales staff to help guarantee sales goals are being met.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelors degree related fields or 3+years sales coordinator experience
  • Must be able to travel to other retail locations within a 25-mile radius and capability to maintain a clean driving record with a valid drivers license
  • Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn
  • Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
  • Must have strong communication skills to create and distribute company-wide newsletters and memos
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, great attitude, high level of confidence and outstanding customer service
  • Rental and sales experience in the material handling, industrial equipment or automotive industry preferred
  • Must be fluent in English. Understanding of Spanish will be considered a plus

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to use and understand Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
  • Work near moving mechanical parts
  • Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 with occasionally after hours dependent upon international customers

PHYSICAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, including as a driver or passenger in automobile.
  • Ability to utilize a keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work related materials that frequently weigh up to 30 lbs. and that may occasionally weight in excess of 30 lbs.
