Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Owner/CEO to develop and execute the Crystal Clean Duct Service sales strategy and effective sales presentations
  • Contact prospects in the form of cold calling, email, and social media platforms
  • Identify new clients and partner with existing clients to organically grow the business
  • Set sales goals and focus on exceeding them
  • Develop weekly sales reports and present results to Owner/CEO and other members of senior leadership
  • Analyze sales metrics to measure the success of resources used and identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Utilize innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility
  • Monitor competitor products and pricing

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma
  • Proven, successful telemarketing and/or outside B2B sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Act!, Salesforce, or similar products
  • Coachable personality that works well with a team and across all levels of an organization
  • Hunter mentality with the work ethic to achieve aggressive goals
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Local to Northern Virginia
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Crystal Clean Duct Service, LLC, a division of E.E. Wine, Inc., is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will utilize their proven track record of sales success to identify and partner with new and existing clients to generate new business, connect with prospects, and close deals using proven winning sales methods. This full-time position will be located at our Corporate office in Manassas, VA, but will require frequent travel in the surrounding NOVA area. As a new position on our team, the Outside Sales Representative has unlimited potential.

Responsibilities:
