  • Uses handheld electronic devices to scan and track deposits.
  • Prepares currency/coin orders.
  • Processes marijuana related business currency and coin orders.
  • Communicates any issues, concerns, or problems to their direct report immediately.
  • Ensures accurate count and tracking of all vault assets.
  • Fewer than four (4) mistakes a month.
  • Discrepancies/Offages cannot be off by more than +/- $100 per quarter.
  • Ensures the safety and integrity of all negotiables, confidential records, and vault codes.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly teller processing area.
  • Communicates positively in a team-oriented work environment both in person and by phone.
  • Eligible for travel opportunities.
  • Eligible for special projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Adheres to dual verification requirements and complies with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One or more years of teller, cash vault teller, cage cashier or equivalent cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Excellent math skills and accuracy are required.
  • Must be able to use a computer and other cash processing equipment.
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity are of utmost importance.

Reports To:

The Cash Vault Teller will report to the Vault Supervisor or Operations Manager or Branch Manager.
