  • Collaborate with Implementation Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and the Operations Team to ensure customer satisfaction, expansion, and retention.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in SaaS or software sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing a pipeline with a strong understanding of the software sales cycle.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets.
  • Great presentation and communication skills (written and verbal.)

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team. As an RM, you will be working alongside the Customer Success Team to manage all commercials for existing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of success in account management for software sales.
