Responsibilities
- Gaining an understanding of the well billing life cycle.
- Become familiar with product and service reconciliation.
- Identify inconsistencies in tickets and rig file.
- Create invoices based on inventory control system reconciliation and customer price list and process invoices according to customer preferences.
- Verify proper Sales Tax applied to invoice.
- Verify customer documentation requirements.
- Correspond with Account Managers regarding billing issues.
- Complete customer drilling fluid recaps, as requested.
- Complete Invoice Submissions based on customer preference.
- Review and ensure that invoices submitted in portals match customer requirements.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Billing Supervisor.
