  • Lead the overall financial well-being of the region, including P&L responsibilities and goal achievement.
  • Participate in the financial budgeting and planning process.
  • Develop strategies to grow revenue, control expenses and maximize profit.
  • Responsible for assuring that sales operations in the region fulfil their targets regarding Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold and Expense Control.
  • Ensure operational efficiency throughout the region, plus recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure maximum sales productivity.
  • Recommend staffing levels for the region, plus primary decision-making responsibility for the hiring of new sales managers, as well as participation in the onboarding, and training process.
  • Ensure EOW are completed and hold weekly sales meetings both as a team and 1on1
  • Ensure clean Hubspot management
  • Ensure a high standard of follow up processes for sales managers
  • Ensure productive and positive communication across all levels of the region and CDC
