We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment, are eager to drive sales and earn hourly wages with a pay increase at 6 months of employment based on performance. The sales associates' responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, managing inbound sales opportunities, facilitating sales, closing sales, and connecting customers with the team. Monthly performance metrics and quotas will be adhered to.

** The ideal Sales Representative will have experience in selling Security Services to small and large businesses, and private businesses, and be independently driven to meet goals. **

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Sales Presentations: Present company products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, address objections, and close sales.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred (2-5 years or prior experience in competitive sales markets preferably in Security contract sales)
  • Self-Motivation: Hourly reps must be self-driven and proactive.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication are essential.
  • Results-oriented: Focused on achieving sales targets and exceeding goals.
  • Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $24.038 -$26
  • Approx. Annual Earnings: $50,000- $52,000
  • Working Hours 40 per week, Monday- Friday start time 8:00 am- 5:00 pm (PST)
  • Daily Virtual check-meeting at 10:00 am with the management team
  • Commission for lead generation leading to a sale: 2%
  • Commission for total contract acquisition and management: 5%

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a college degree can be advantageous.
