  • Update customer and vendor information as needed.
  • Handle returns and repairs.
  • Assist sales team on quoting and account management.
  • Order and track samples and demo equipment
  • Process and manage returns.
  • Develop process improvements as well as bring forth solutions as issues arise.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service role and/or Sales support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and priorities multiple priorities and tasks in a non-structured environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and understanding of lead time metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Inventory Specialist/Shipping and Receiving - Part Time 20-30 Hrs/Wk M-F 9:00a-3:30p

SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the shipping and receiving department. Key duties include processing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring all products are accurately documented and stored. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position may also involve coordinating with vendors, managing shipping schedules, and assisting with quality control checks. A focus on accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining a safe workspace is essential. Experience in shipping/receiving or logistics is preferred.
