  • Assist in the preparation of the annual Food Service budget and make efforts to operate within those guidelines.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of a reputable course in food service management preferred
  • College degree in culinary arts/management is very desirable
  • Certificate/License as required by federal/state/local law or associated agencies
  • Physically able to move at least 25 lbs. without assistance
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
