  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Three years of experience in program/project coordination or event planning, ideally in human resources training, higher education, or learning and development services and activities.

Preferred

  • Certifications in leadership development areas.
  • Professional experience in a university setting.

This includes creating, organizing and supporting events and program activities, drafting program communications and responding to participant questions and needs, creating and maintaining program outcome reporting tools and metrics, and providing overall support in creating a high-quality, community-focused learning environment.

Salary Range

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
