  • Attend virtual or in-person meetings to discuss strategy and successes with the entire corporate staff weekly
  • Travel will be necessary as needed to arrange client meetings, company events, and trade shows

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a comparable position
  • 2-4+ years of Facilities Services sales
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a like field
  • Demonstrated success in selling single-service, multiple service or bundled-service solutions within the prescribed geographic market

Job Description Summary
A National Sales Manager (NSM) works to improve CarePro National Painting's market position and achieve sales revenue growth on a national level. This position assists in developing strategic sales goals, builds key customer relationships through prospecting, identifies new business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains knowledge of the facilities industry. This position carries a competitive base salary with a structured commission incentive program.

Essential Duties
The NSM's main responsibility is to prospect new clients through various methods (including cold-calling, email, social media, etc.), develop relationships with new clients, set sales targets, and provide ongoing support from a sales perspective.

The National Sales Manager (NSM) will work with the Executive Vice President of Sales, other National Sales Managers, marketing, and project management staff to generate and manage new business for CarePro National Painting. Strategic planning is essential, as the NSM is responsible for developing a pipeline of new business, requiring a strong understanding of the facilities industry and identifying potential opportunities in new industries.

The responsibilities of a National Sales Manager will vary from time to time, however, the main duties of the NSM can be summarized as follows:

The total compensation to be offered to the successful candidate is dependent on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications

The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000.00 + Commission
