Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning and parking lot services in the nation.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient completion of all available work for their assigned routes. The Operations Manager will engage in record keeping activities, scheduling, billing, job quality, safety checks, fleet and equipment maintenance management. The Operations Manager may be required to engage in or work alongside crew members both for training, and therefore must be willing to engage in washing and other manual labor activities. The Operations Manager must possess computer and software skills including Microsoft programs and can learn Kept Companies operations software. There are no assigned work hours for this position, however time off is rarely available on weekends and is limited normally to two weekdays. The Operations Manager must have the ability to self-manage within the work week accomplishing many tasks and goals assigned.
